We often find that our clients come to us for professional help with their office rental environment. Currently the most relevant problems are the energy and operational costs, but they may need a technical assessment of inadequate temperature, controllability, noise levels of mechanical equipment. When choosing a new office, or by prolongation of the current one, we would like to avoid the complaints and problems of the past. In such cases, we help our clients

  • We can conduct local metering of comfort parameters in case of inadequate office environment or problems

  • We provide support in setting up and monitoring energy billing in compliance with real consumption based on energy submetering or with the legislation.

  • We launch an employee information program if we find that the well-being of employees can be raised and operating and energy costs can be reduced by the thoughtful, conscious use of the building.

What cases have we helped?

  • For years, the accounts department had received an invoice for a meter that had never been used, but had a substantial basic charge, of which the technical department was unaware. By eliminating this, we saved our client 980,000 HUF per year.

  • By analysing and processing more than 900 energy bills from our client, we provided new project proposals to save around HUF 5 million.

  • During the annual energy and operating cost audit a catering rental property, we found that the energy bills were not calculated according to the system in the lease contract, and the calculation of the costs for the rental property and the common areas concerned was incorrect. 
    Our work resulted in savings of more than HUF 6 million!
